After many years spent building, maintaining, repairing and restoring properties, our focus is now moving towards bespoke residential developments. Projects where experience, judgement and long-term thinking truly make a difference.
We have always believed that good buildings come from understanding how homes actually work, not just how they look on paper. That belief now sits at the heart of PLUSHH: Developments. Our aim is to create well-considered, individual homes, delivered properly from start to finish.
We are not volume builders and we have no ambition to produce large estates. Our work is intentionally small-scale and bespoke, centred around single properties and carefully selected projects where quality and detail matter.
Our Developments
We undertake our own development projects, managing the process from the earliest ideas through to completion. Each project is approached with the same care and attention that has always defined our work, shaped by decades of hands-on experience across building and restoration.
Because of our background, we understand the realities of construction — how buildings age, how materials behave over time, and where shortcuts inevitably cause problems later on. That knowledge informs every decision we make, allowing us to deliver homes that are not only well finished, but practical, durable and built to last.
Our developments are chosen carefully. We would rather complete fewer projects to a high standard than chase scale or speed.
Joint Ventures & Project Management
Alongside our own developments, we also work with private clients, landowners and investors on small, one-off development opportunities.
This can take the form of joint venture partnerships or full project management services, depending on the project and the people involved. We offer honest advice, realistic planning and hands-on involvement throughout, working closely with trusted trades, suppliers and professionals we’ve built relationships with over many years.
We deliberately limit the number of projects we take on so that every development receives proper attention and accountability from start to finish.
